About these terms

We are buyers, not agents

Brickyard Home Buyers buys real estate for its own account as a principal. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent you or act as your agent. You are always free to talk with a real estate agent, attorney or financial advisor before deciding anything, and we encourage it.

No offer until it's in writing

Nothing on this website is an offer to buy your property. An offer exists only when we give you a written purchase agreement, and a sale happens only if both of us sign it and close through a title company.
