We use your information to contact you about your property, prepare an offer, and carry out a sale if you choose to go ahead. We also use it to keep records required by law and to improve our website.

When you submit a form, we may call or email you about your property using the contact details you provide.
We send text messages only if you check the "Text me about my property" box on our forms. By checking it, you agree that Brickyard Home Buyers may text you at the number you provided about your property and offer, including by automated means. Consent to texts is not required to get an offer or to sell to us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The exclusions below do not include text messaging opt-in data or consent.

How long we keep it
